Clinical Nurse
Reference code: MP360We are looking to appoint a Clinical Nurse for a low security inpatient step down rehabilitation service based in North of London that provides ongoing care for clients referred by the NHS, secure services and acute hospitals. Service users are adults aged 25+ with enduring mental health problems, cognitive deficits, physical illnesses and challenging behaviours. The role includes undertaking and managing direct patient care, participating fully in the assessment, planning and evaluating care needs as well as delivering individual and group sessions.
For eligibility we require NMC registered RMNs (or RGNs with experience in mental health), Pin Number and ideally with experience working in a similar setting.
