Deputy Team Leader

We are currently seeking interest from a Senior Staff Nurse registered with the NMC to work as a Deputy Team Leader within a low secure ward in the South East of England.
The service specialises in treating adult male patients detained under the Mental Health Act (1983) who will benefit from extended treatment and rehabilitation.
Essential:
-Current First Level Registration on the appropriate part of the Register held by the N.M.C.
-Evidence of continuing professional development and experience in caring for Service Users who exhibit challenging behaviour.
-Minimum of 1 years experience as a Senior Staff Nurse.
-Demonstrate knowledge of risk assessment and risk management.
-Knowledge of NMC Code of Conduct.
-Working knowledge of the Mental Health Act (1983) and other relevant legislation applicable to Mental Health.
