Home Manager - (Young People) - Ref CW815
A Home Manager is required by a partner client, a leading Independent National provider of highest quality, flexible, individualised and solution focused care for young people aged 11 to 18 years.
They are looking for a Home Manager to join their expanding service in the Midlands.
You would need to be a Registered Home Manager, with previous experience of working with young people who have complex emotional needs.
The appointed post holder will be absolutely committed to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and to ensure that the quality of care provided is consistent with National Minimum Standards.
Essential:
- NVQ 4 in Caring for Children and Young People
- At least two years working with children and one year at senior level in residential care.
- Understanding the needs of BESD Children.
