Hospital Manager

We are seeking interest from healthcare management professionals with an RMN qualification and a senior management experience background in inpatient adult mental health and intensive rehabilitation services, for a new Hospital Manager role in North Wales. This role, essentially a Deputy role to the Hospital and Regional Director, holds full responsibility for the running of the hospital, its staff, facilities and patients, in accordance with all required regulatory guidelines.

Our partner Independent provider ideally wishes to seek interest from either Welsh Nationals, or Welsh speaking candidates currently residing outside of Wales for this role, in view of the Geographical location of the unit, for ease of communication with commissioners, staff, patients and relatives alike. That being said, all candidates meeting the required qualification and experience criteria, will of course be considered.
