A new and exciting Lead Nurse role has arisen with our partner Independent provider of residential services for adults with learning disability, challenging and complex behavioural needs, in South East London.

The role is designed to provide direct support to the Registered Manager of a 16 bed Care Home, that offers a specialist internal MDT with twenty four hour nursing care enabling adults with learning disability and highly complex behavioural needs to be successfully managed under a residential model, who might otherwise warrant care in a low secure hospital setting.

The successfully appointed post holder will be on part 1 of the NMC Register and have relevant post qualification experience working with adults with learning disabilities. You will need proven management experience of working at a senior level in a similar environment. You will be highly articulate, both verbally and in literacy, for the preparation of CPA reports and case presentations, both to the Home Manager, and to current and potential service purchasers.
