Regional Manager

We are looking for a Regional Manager for a brand new role within our partner independent provider of specialist services in rehabilitation (mental health) and learning disabilities.
The successful post holder will be required to oversee four small hospitals in Hertfordshire, Greater London. Essentially you will ensure that quality of patient care is excellent, through auditing, supervision and management of the unit Managers and their teams. You will help ensure the service appoint quality staff, assist in appraisals; identifying development needs. You will also assist with performance management and disciplinary issues.
Essential:
- Management experience within this specialist area
- NMC Registered Nurse - Learning Disabilities (RMNs will only be considered with LD experience)
