Registered Manager (Home Manager)

We are seeking interest from senior mental healthcare mangers (ideally CQC Registered Managers with an RMN or RNLD professional career background), experienced working with highly challenging and complex behavioural needs, to set up from scratch, open, and run an entirely new, fully funded 10 bedded residential enhanced care home for adults with high dependency learning and associated behavioural disorders, South of London. The appointed post holder will be absolutely committed to establishing and maintaining the required legislative and operating care and safeguarding standards of the home, with full responsibility for ensuring the assessment of patient needs, planning, implementing and reviewing overall care for the patients, as well providing support and leadership to clinical and non-clinical staff. The permanent contract is proposed on a 40 hour per week commitment, part of which ideally in the first instance will involve clinical / therapeutic duties as part of the allocated patient staff numbers, with the remaining hours allocated for management and development responsibilities.
