Reference code: MP760

Senior RMN / Deputy Team Leader
We are seeking interest from skilled RMNs with a minimum of eighteen months post qualification experience in adult psychiatric services, either currently based or interested to relocate to the South West of England, to join a recently opened 16 to 20 bed womens step down unit, in Devon. Our partner UK leading Independent provider, offers facilities for all users of mental health, learning disability and neurorehabilitation services on a National basis. This particular unit provides specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for adult female patients with enduring mental health issues and/or personality disorders, often associated with complex or self-harming behavioural problems, who may have come from secure provision and would benefit from treatment, rehabilitation and recovery in a step-down facility. The service aims to maximise the quality of life of each individual patient and provide a range of opportunities to work towards re-integration into the community. Individualised treatment plans are delivered through our three clearly defined care programmes, underpinned by a recovery model approach.
Two posts are currently available, one part time, one full time, both to join and work alongside the Team Leader and other members of the multi professional clinical team. WTE salary range offered is from £29,000.00 to £32,000.00 depending on experience level of relevance, accompanied by an exceptional additional benefits and professional development package.
