Documentation And Compliance

 

We operate the highest standards of professional recruitment practice and our registration procedures are therefore  very thorough in order to comply fully with  current UK  employment  legislation and NHS /DoH / MoD guidelines for Best Practice in the appointment of staff, whether or a locum, fixed term or substantive  contract, basis. Please note, we will not therefore  be able to represent you for appointment until you are fully registered with Mind Professionals and your up to date documentation file is complete in accordance with the specific requirements of your profession and the  position  or employment  you are seeking.

 

Our clients are wishing to employ fully qualified and  UK accredited Health Professionals, holding valid registration and  up to date entitlement to practice  in the United Kingdom with their appropriate  professional Governing Body (GMC, HPC, BPS, BACP, NMC, GSCC etc.) Although we welcome  your enquiry if you are  an overseas qualified health professional, registered  and with entitlement to practice outside of the UK in your own country; we cannot represent  you for employment  until  your professional qualifications are approved  by your representative UK Governing Body, and your entry to their UK register is confirmed.

 

To complete your registration with Mind Professionals we require our Registration Form (MP-OF-001) and all documents applicable to your profession and status as listed in our Candidate Compliance Checklist Form (MP-OF-009).  Any original identity documents sent to Mind Professionals should be sent  by “Recorded Signed “or “Special Delivery “. On receipt they  will be  checked, verified, photocopied and returned to you by “Recorded Signed “delivery the same day.

 

Please note, that to initiate the registration process we will only require the documents as listed in the “Pre-Clearance” section. Dependent on your profession and the position that you are applying for, we will advise you subsequently, which other documents on the list should be provided,   and in which order of importance time wise.
