Healthcare Professionals looking for staff?
LOCUM & SUBSTANTIVE SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT SERVICE
In keeping with the context of Mind Professionals, our staff resourcing services are subdivided in accordance with the multidisciplinary approach to patient care within each of the three essential environments of Healthcare provision:

We feel integration of our single point of contact for all Healthcare Professionals working together in a particular multidisciplinary or multifaceted environment is beneficial for our clients, our candidates, and of course for us our specialisation is therefore by provision of care, rather than by individual job title. Only through our own thorough understanding of the different forms of pharmacological, therapeutic, psychological, physical and social aspects of a patient or client’s care are we able to work towards a managed service model for provision of integrated teams of professionals in response to ever evolving service reform, and healthcare staffing resource management

We have adopted a market leading operational recruitment database & management system, to streamline our processes for information and documentation control; although we aim for professional knowledge and skill, rather than computer matching, to underpin each confirmed placement we make.
